You can now access the Product Registration page from the Support area. This is the same page that you go to when you choose the "Register Online" menu item from the Spell Catcher X 10.0.2 (Rainmaker version) "Spell Catcher" menu (NOT the Help menu, as incorrectly documented).
You must know your serial number to register your product.
If you are a C&G customer, the first thing you should probably do is try to see if you're in our registered users database by trying to find out if we have your serial numbers. Visit the "Lost Serial Numbers" page and try to find your serial numbers with the e-mail address you used when you bought/registered with C&G. Generally speaking, if you bought a Spell Catcher product within the last 2 years from C&G's online store or registered your product(s) online at their web site, there's a good chance you're in the database.
Customers that purchased more than two years ago - well - we probably know nothing about you. As long as you have your serial number(s), you can tell register your products with us.
If you get a message that a given serial number has already been registered, visit "Lost Serial Numbers" and try really hard to remember the e-mail address you used. If it's an old or invalid address AND we can find serial numbers associated with it, you can fill out a form requesting that we update your customer info. After we do that, you will be able to have your serials e-mailed to your new e-mail address.
If you can't find your serial number around your house/office/computer, and you can't remember the e-mail address you used to register (i.e. Lost Serials comes up blank), then I'm not sure if we can help. We probably just don't have any record of you, and that includes what your serial number might be.
I think we've implemented (although it's probably buggy at the moment) about all we can do wrt lost serials.
As for lost downloads, we'll need more time to think about that one...
Please let us know how this works for you - it's unlikely to be a perfect implementation from the start. There may also be browser-specific problems.
Leave reports here in the "web site"-related forum.

Some of you may also have noticed a new item in the Downloads section. I'm not confident that it's been well tested. Please leave a message in the SCX forum (installation issues) if you have either success or failure. After I'm more sure that it's ok I'll be publicizing it.
