Today's MacFixIt and Versiontracker claim a 10.0.2 version of SCX is available. I downloaded the package, but am hestitant to install; today there were some news items posted here, but nothing about this. It might be nice to get confirmation this was done... it isn't listed on the main Rainmaker site.

Brings up a question/issue. It says that we have to NOT have the SC application running to install the update. But, I can't quit the SC application. Logging out and back in (as advised) will merely re-launch the application. Will the installer deal with this issue, or should we do something else?

I didn't want these folks to find out until I was sure it was working. Guess it's ok.

You have to choose your keyboard layout first, then log out and in again. Very clearly stated in the read before installing document.

These folks picked up on it BEFORE they even allowed me to modify my own product listing. No idea how they found out so fast.

Evan:

I just installed the update to Spell Catcher X 10.0.2, and I am SO HAPPY that you were able to get it to work with Microsoft Excel.

Congratulations! It works great so far.
