in fact, if I enable "Show current spelling language in the Dock", the flag always turns back to a USA flag, which indicate SC fails to adhere to UK spelling.

I have never been able to set SC to treat either "color" or "colour" as correct spelling but not both.

Send a note to our feedback email address regarding this and I'll set you up with a temporary license that will work for 2 weeks but without any of the trial mode restrictions. Hopefully that will work for you. Meanwhile, I will take a look to see what's up.
