I am struggling here, folks - help me out! I am trying to decide which of these versions to buy. I need the software mostly for my son, who is dyslexic. (I am, too but I’m a lot older and found ways of coping with it for the most part, although spelling can still be quite a problem. My choice is, I think, between Catcher 8 and Catcher Plus. What would you recommend folks, and why?

The product you want is entirely defined by the operating system you're using:
Mac OS X - Spell Catcher X
Windows - Spell Catcher Plus
Mac OS 8/9 - Spell Catcher 8
