We've implemented the first part of our plan to get replacement installers to all the C&G customers that have lost their installer.

The request part of this feature is up and running, the fulfillment part is not quite ready. Please read the items in News, Support, FAQs, and the Lost Installers page itself to understand how we are handling the lost installer issue.

We've also made a minor but useful (we think) change here in the Forums as well - clicking on "Rainmaker Research Inc." in the header takes you to our home page instead of the forum's home. Let us know if you think this is not actually a good change for some reason!
