Hi - I inadvertently saved some changes that I want to now delete but I can’t seem to find a “dictionary” or storage area where these changes (and others) are saved. Where would that be? Thanks - Neil

What kind of changes? If they are added Learned Words or Shorthands, you can use the Find in References feature to locate them, then the Forget button to delete.

Anyway, these things are stored in regular Mac documents, accessible in many ways. Generally, you'd use the References pane of Spell Catcher's Preferences window.
