simpler adding of new words & shortcuts

I add a lot of new words, and shorthands for many of them--legal and medical terms, many peoples' names. There are just too many clicks for this process--after I hit F2 or F3 from the initial pop-up, I STILL have to click "add" in the dialog box, AND click to save changes to the dictionary. Often at the end of a session I'll have a half-dozen dialog boxes open that still need individual clicking. (a) For a shortcut, why can't I just hit F2 and be done with it? At least shouldn't I have this option via settings? (
If I REALLY have to click a button, couldn't I have the option of just hitting return, instead of having to use the mouse? I WANT MY THOUGHTS FOCUSED ON THE DOCUMENT I'M WRITING, NOT ON THE SOFTWARE. © Could you get the New York phone book and import the names into your database? (d) How about importing a medical dictionary--even for an extra charge?
