I’ve got the Prefs set to correct doubled capitals and it is happening in cases where a word is not usually capitalized, even if I do capitalize it, such as “Library“. But in words such as “Saturday” or “Monaco” the correction is happening sometimes, not other times. It actually is working better here than in my word processor, Nisus Writer Pro. Is there a known conflict with Nisus?

If NWP has a preference to correct double caps as well, make sure it's turned off.

Otherwise, I don't really "get" what you're telling me. Can you give me concrete examples, making sure they are capitalized exactly how you typed them?

Sorry.

Problem was that Spell Catcher had activated in the input menu and then somehow gone inactive again. A word I type frequently, “Library”, was the only one whose doubled capitals were being corrected, but that was because it is being done by Text Expander. The fact that one word was being corrected and no others were being corrected, really threw me off.

I’ve got it straightened out now.
