There’s a certain “scolding“ quality in the audio alerts for Spell Catcher X. Maybe it’s just me . . .
I’m guessing that they were recorded as single words or phrases. That leads to a likelihood of awkward emphasis.
You might try record the important words/phrases as parts of ordinary sentences where they are not emphasized -- then cut out for the final version. You may be able to get away from some of the “scolding” flavor.

I'm not even sure we can get the same person that recorded the sounds to re-record them. And I wouldn't want to use my voice.
Also note you can choose any sound you'd like, the only requirement is that the file is a .aiff file, and it's placed in either the (root of boot volume) /Library/Sounds folder or (home) ~/Library/Sounds folder.
