I use 3 languages, and for all 3 languages I want to expand a shortcut to a different value. So let's take a simple example of my phone number (I've seen this behavior with other shortcuts as well):

• English: telmob -> +598 (95) 1234567
  
• Dutch: telmob -> +598 (95) 1234567
  
• Spanish: telmob -> (095) 1234567

So when used in Spanish, I'd expect "telmob" to expand to "(095) 1234567". However, it expands to "+598 (95) 1234567".

You'll have to have different Shorthand Glossary references for each language (at least for those where the expansion differs), and add the appropriate shorthand to each.

While Spell Catcher can have date/time expansions that automatically "adjust" to the spelling language you're using, not so with phone numbers.
