So now there's another upgrade and I'm supposed to pay $15.00 for it, when the last upgrade I paid for did nothing to deal with the issues related to Firefox and the just awful functioning of SC when dealing with any typing that's web related (Word Press, for example or Facebook).

I've been using my current and extremely hampered, crippled version of SC for the last year (almost anything to do with online spellchecking is useless, and when I 'check' a word I have to retype it into SC because what it 'brings up' is the PREVIOUS word that was typed, instead of the word I need checked, etc. etc.), thinking the new upgrade would deal with Firefox issues, etc. and then there's no mention of that 'fix.' And I have to pay for it.

When I've complained of this in the past I'm told that I need to contact Firefox to file a bug report.

As a LONG LONG time customer I've hit my tipping point. I'm done.

Well, it's been 2 and a half years since the last paid upgrade - hardly like we're churning them out in rapid succession…

And you know well that I can't fix bugs in other applications. If they (Firefox) don't handle text input properly (as documented by Apple), then I'm at their mercy.

You don't have to purchase the 10.4 upgrade. But there's nothing I will ever be able to do about "bad apps" like Firefox.
