Actually, when I type Cmd+Space, I switch from SpellCatcher to French. Another application uses this shortcut and I want to keep it that way. How can I set Spell Catcher to makes it use another shortcut for this feature, please ?

I believe this shortcut is controlled by the system itself. That said, you should be able to set another shortcut through the system preferences in the keyboard tab.

TomEck is correct. More specifically, you need to change the shortcuts for Keyboard & Text Input/Select the previous input source & Select the next source in Input menu.
