Using OmniOutliner 3.10.3 with Lion 10.7.2.
When I finish spell checking a section of an OO3 document, I'm asked to paste the corrections. When I don't paste, nothing happens. When I do, OO3 interprets the Paste as new input. I get a duplicate of the section but the formatting is all wrong and the original section remains without the corrections.
In SCX Preferences>Interactive>Typing, Make Replacement Directly is checked in Universal and uncheck for the application OmniFocus.
I'm fairly sure this is a issue of Preferences, but I haven't been able to find the answer.
Please help.

This is just how Paste works with Outline applications.
If you Don't Paste, then select the text you checked (manually - the actual text, not the outline itself), maybe Paste will work for you then.
