When I shut a Classic application such as Word 98, Spell Cather 8 closes as well. I am forced to continually restart Spell Catcher. Why?

Again, don't know. Nobody has ever reported this happening before. I've certainly never seen it.

When you say "restart Spell Catcher", do you mean that you have you choose "Open Spell Catcher" from the checkmark menu when after you quit ANY Classic app?

If so, this is clearly abnormal, and is not happening to anyone else that we know of. I'd need quite a bit more information from you to diagnose what's going on with your particular installation (i.e. it's specific to your machine - some software conflict or system corruption that would need to be tracked down).
