Hello,

I couldn't find this problem in the FAQs or this forum, but I'm not very familiar with forums of this kind.

Anyway: when I use SC X in Mariner and paste the corrected text, all the formatting that was there is lost. This also happens in Eudora (and where else?), but in Mariner it's annoying. Or am I overlooking something?

Best wishes,

Christel Seidel

I don't know whether you're overlooking anything. If MarinerWrite doesn't put all the necessary formatting information on the clipboard, then it's not possible for SCX to maintain it.

I'll take a look at this in the next day or so and get back to you.

I can't reproduce this - not in a quick test, anyway.

Can you send me a document that shows this behavior? Could be that certain types of formatting are lost, while others are maintained.

Send it to our support email address: support at rainmakerinc dot com.
