When I edit the "US English - My Learned Words" dictionary from the Preferences window, I can add words with unicode, such as "sa?s?ra", but not words that begin with a unicode character such as "?nanda". This also seems to be true if I try "Learn" them.

Mac OS X 10.3.2, SCX 10.0.2

(OK, so your posts can't handle unicode. the word that won't work begins with a capital A with a line over it. One makes this character with a US Extended keyboard by typing option-a followed by shift-a.)

That's kind of odd - might be my bug. I'll take a look and make sure this works in Spell Catcher X 10.1, which should be released this weekend.
