New site in TEST MODE

If you want to visit the new site I'm working on (the content's not much different, but the way it's done is a LOT different) feel free to check out our test site built with BBEdit and using CSS.

There are some bugs in the CSS and/or HTML, it doesn't render the way I want on every browser yet, and the footer doesn't always do the right thing.

The news page is clearly a work-in-progress and a bit of an experiment. If there are any experts out there with some advice, please feel free to let me know.
