Spell catcher X will not download. I get the message "mounting failed." I have tried several times. Please advise.

The one other customer that had this problem tried a different browser (IE instead of Safari) and it downloaded first try.

Can you try a different browser? If you are out of dl attempts, send an email to our sales address (see our site's Contact section).
