I'd love to see a 'favorites' option in the 'look up' window - similar to 'recent words," only with an option to save the word for future reference.

I've thought of that as well - or at least making the history of words more persistent.
Give us your ideas and vision of how you'd like it to work and how you'd take advantage of the changes you'd like to see.

Hi Evan & thanks for the response.
After I 'look up' a word's definition, I'd like an "add word to favorites" option - perhaps on the toolbar, and maybe keep the saved words in a folder in the references side bar.
As much as I think Spell Catcher is a great application, I really don't use the spelling features much... I mainly use it as a dictionary when I'm on the web or reading documents. In fact I think it would be great if you offered a smaller dictionary application for half the price of Spell Catcher.

Ok, gotcha, request noted (no promises - just finished a whole lot of coding!).
As for a cheaper version, that's something we have to negotiate with our linguistic supplier. It's a possibility, I think, but again, can't promise anything. I doubt it could be half the price - unless they were willing to accept half their current royalty.
Anything's possible, but this would require contract changes between us and Proximity as well as changes to the software itself (the latter is probably easier now with our new licenses, though).
