We've got answers for the disappearing Input Menu problem (OS X bug) and for the disappearing Services Menu problem (yet another OS X bug).
Also are items related to what we can and can't do for C&G customers.
We'll keep adding to this as time goes on.
A few tweaks have been made to the site as well, but apparently it's got big problems with IE 5.0 on Windows 98 for some reason. If anyone out there is using this old combination, post a message in our web site forum.
