Minor Forum Re-Organization

I re-ordered the Tech Support forums so that they appear right below News and Updates, hopefully this will make it easier for everyone to find the right forum to post actual Spell Catcher-related (not general business/company related) items.

I wasn't always finding (the more important) tech support questions that ended up getting posted to the "General" forums, hopefully this will improve that situation.

As well, a couple of topics were moved to a more appropriate forum - specifially an item from General/Questions & Concerns to Spell Catcher X/Compatibility Issues and two from General/Web Site Comments to General/Message Board Problems.

As always, feel free to make suggestions for new forums/categories/topics or organization. Eventually we'll get it "just right".
