How can I use modify selected to remove extra blank lines in a document?
When I use Outlook web access to view my work email and then copy a message elsewhere I get 3 carriage returns for every one in the original.
Any ideas on how to easily deal with this would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark

Have you tried Form Paragraphs to see if that does the trick?
Upload or send to our feedback address an example of such an email if you're totally stuck.
