Well, it's definitely an incremental process. We made sure the test site worked on on the browsers we've got, so it's now become the "main" site. Hit your browser's refresh button if a page looks funny.

Our new favicon is the yellow checkmark, that's how you'll know (well, except for IE 6 users who have to "favorite" a page to see the favicon) you're not seeing something that's been cached.

Slowly but surely...
