SCP always changes website to Web site. I want it to stop doing that but the glossary tells me it is read only. How do I change this behaviour to get the term I want?

Yes,
This is an annoying expansion, and it is going to be removed in the next release.
To remove it now, open the Settings dialog and go to the Reference Files panel.
Locate the US English Words to Correct reference in the list. At the right side of the list, for this and other references, you'll see a lock symbol. This indicates that the reference is locked.
Position the cursor over the lock and click it with the left mouse button. This should unlock the reference.
Then double click the reference name to edit it. You can now remove the bothersome expansion.
There is no need to relock the reference once you are done.
Thanks for asking,
