Specifically, we have information for those customers that purchased from their online store between 2001 and mid-2003. This means we have most Spell Catcher X customer records, but only a limited number of Spell Catcher 8 and Spell Catcher Plus records. There's really nothing we are able to do about this - that's all the information they had.
